- Support the accounting areas with reporting and data entry.
- Provides timely and accurate administration of transactional activity in AP.
- Verify payables in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Deliver excellent customer service to vendors and Club members.
- Adhere to company policy and procedures.
- Coordinate, prepare and distribute Accounts Payable transactions for processing, while following and enforcing defined processes and procedures.
- Execute all accounts payable and billing transactions for processing utilizing Jonas Club Management.
- Verify the accuracy of and creates all Accounts Payable checks, initiating ACH.
- Maintain Accounts Payable files.
- Provide data query and financial reporting support.
- Maintain and enhance written documentation in the form of a desktop procedure of A/P process and practices.
- Assist in coding of initial transactions, data gathering, and organizing financial documents for all client entities.
- Perform financial analysis as required.
- Assist in maintenance of electronic filing systems, to enable secure storage and retrieval of data and information.
- Work with department to ensure timely processing of AP documents.
- Associate Degree in Accounting or other related fields, preferred.
- Two to five years financial, accounting, bookkeeping and administrative experience in a fast-paced multiple priority environment that involved direct interaction with a variety of vendors and internal clients including Club members who expect responsiveness, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Emphasis on Accounts Payable experience preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and relevant software applications, e.g., ERP systems, SAP, other financial systems, Paycor, Microsoft Excel.
